Turkish Airlines Reduces Istanbul-Balkans Flights for the Summer Season

Turkish Airlines has made a new update to its flight schedule in the region. The carrier is reducing frequencies on its Sarajevo, Zagreb, Ljubljana and Pristina routes for the 2026 summer season.

🇧🇦 Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
An average reduction of 3 weekly flights is planned for the July-October period. Flights are expected to decrease from 93 to 80 in July, from 93 to 82 in August, from 90 to 77 in September, and from 72 to 62 in October.

🇭🇷 Zagreb (Croatia)
From June, the airline will implement a reduction of 1 to 2 weekly flights. Accordingly, services are planned to decrease from 90 to 85 in June, from 93 to 84 in July, from 93 to 86 in August, from 90 to 81 in September, and from 72 to 67 in October.

🇸🇮 Ljubljana (Slovenia)
On the Istanbul-Ljubljana route, the planned 77 departures in June have been reduced to 68.

🇽🇰 Pristina (Kosovo)
The planned 62 flights in July have reportedly been reduced to 51.
