Emirates has issued a new announcement providing flexibility for passengers with flights scheduled between 28 February and 15 April 2026. The airline stated that it is offering alternative options for passengers affected by operational disruptions or those wishing to change their travel plans.
According to the announcement, passengers can rebook their existing reservations onto an alternative flight for travel up to 31 May 2026 at no additional cost. Passengers with departures within 72 hours are advised to complete their changes via the Emirates “Manage Booking” system or mobile app, while those with later bookings are encouraged to contact customer support.
In addition, passengers who prefer to cancel their travel plans are offered the option to request a refund. It was noted that refund requests can be submitted via an online form and are expected to be processed within approximately 15 days.
