Challenger 650 Accident at Bangor Airport(US)

An aircraft incident involving a business jet occurred at Bangor International Airport in the U.S. state of Maine.

According to initial information shared by local sources, the incident took place on Sunday evening around 7:45 p.m. during the aircraft’s takeoff phase.

Authorities stated that the aircraft involved was a Bombardier Challenger 650 business jet. There were eight people on board, including three crew members. It was reported that the aircraft had previously landed in Bangor from Houston and was preparing to depart for Texas when the incident occurred.

Following the incident, multiple emergency response and fire crews were dispatched to the scene, and the airport was temporarily closed to flight operations. No official statement has yet been made regarding the condition of those on board.

The incident reportedly occurred amid heavy snowfall and low-visibility conditions affecting the northeastern United States. An investigation into the incident is ongoing by the relevant authorities.
