Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian earned a total of $27.1 million in 2024. While his base salary was under $1 million, the rest of his compensation came from bonuses, stock awards, and performance incentives.
About $15 million of that total was from performance-based cash bonuses. In addition, he received $10.9 million in stock awards tied to the company’s long-term financial results.
After reporting record profits in 2024, Delta is expected to maintain this strong performance into 2025.
