American Airlines Introduces New Powerbank Restrictions

American Airlines has announced new restrictions on the use of powerbanks on board, effective May 1.

Under the new rules, passengers will be allowed to carry a maximum of two powerbanks, each not exceeding 100 watt-hours in capacity.

The airline also requires that powerbanks remain visible and easily accessible during use. Additionally, storing them in overhead bins or charging them during the flight is prohibited.
