
LATAM Airlines Group closed 2025 with a net profit of US$1.5 billion. Representing a 49.4% year-over-year increase in profitability, the result further reinforced the company’s position as the largest airline group in the Southern Hemisphere. The group carried 87.4 million passengers throughout the year, maintaining its operational growth trajectory.
The company’s operating revenues increased by 11.2% to US$14.5 billion, while the adjusted operating margin reached a record level of 16.2%. In the fourth quarter, revenues totaled US$3.9 billion, supported by a 20.3% increase in passenger revenues, driven primarily by strong premium segment demand and improved unit revenues. During the same period, net income attributable to shareholders rose by 78.1% to US$484 million.
On the operational side, capacity increased by 8.2%, with average daily passenger numbers exceeding 239,000. In cargo operations, affiliated companies transported more than 1 million tons, maintaining regional market leadership. Meanwhile, the LATAM Pass loyalty program reached 54 million members by the end of 2025. Throughout the year, strong cash generation, dividend distributions, and share buybacks further strengthened the group’s financial resilience.
