The Brazilian manufacturer delivered a total of 244 aircraft to customers throughout the year, surpassing the 206 deliveries recorded in 2024. Deliveries of 91 aircraft in the fourth quarter were highlighted as a key factor in the company’s year-end performance.
In the commercial aviation segment, deliveries remained at the lower end of expectations. Embraer delivered 78 commercial passenger aircraft during 2025. While issues related to engine and parts supply constrained production, demand for the E-Jet family remained resilient. The E195-E2 stood out among deliveries, while the E175 model—seeing strong demand in the U.S. market—contributed significantly to overall growth.
In the business jet segment, which continues to be Embraer’s strongest area, the company reached the upper end of its forecast range. The Phenom 300 retained its title as the world’s best-selling light business jet. On the military side, interest in the KC-390 Millennium showed an increase.
