Free Services at IGA Istanbul Airport

As a dynamic hub with an expansive terminal, IGA Istanbul Airport offers a wide range of complimentary services designed to support passengers’ comfort and essential needs throughout their journey. Explore what you can enjoy at no extra cost.

Water Dispensers

A total of 35 free water dispensers are located across the terminal, providing both hot and cold water. Passengers who have cleared security can refill thermoses or empty bottles at these stations.

Free Wi-Fi

Previously limited to one hour, Wi-Fi access is now entirely free. Passengers can connect by retrieving a password from terminal kiosks or by registering with their phone number to receive a login code via SMS.

iGA Napzone Areas

Distributed across different parts of the terminal, Napzone areas offer a quiet space for passengers to rest before their flight. These semi-reclining seating zones are available at six locations with a total capacity of 278 people.

Charging Stations

Charging points equipped with standard power outlets and USB Type-A and Type-C ports are available in check-in waiting areas and near boarding gates, allowing passengers to power their devices conveniently.

Children’s Play Areas

Five themed playgrounds, covering a total area of 700 square meters, are located around check-in zones and boarding gates, providing safe and engaging spaces for children to play.

IGA Buggy & Fast Track Lanes

Families traveling with children aged 0–2 can benefit from a complimentary iGA Buggy service to and from the gate. In addition, families with children have access to free fast-track lanes at terminal entrances. Passengers aged 65 and above can also benefit from these services.

Gameport Gaming Areas

Five free gaming zones are available in the A, B, D, F, and G gate areas. These spaces feature PlayStation 5 consoles and interactive Catchpad systems for an engaging pre-flight experience.

IGA Spotter Area

Türkiye’s first official spotter area welcomes aviation photography enthusiasts. Overlooking Runway 1 and the Air Traffic Control Tower, this space can be accessed free of charge upon registration.

Stroller Service

Passengers who check in their personal strollers at the aircraft can use complimentary strollers available after the second security check in both domestic and international terminals. Arriving passengers can also collect free strollers near the gate area and use them until reaching the baggage claim.
