Selda Seçkinler Appointed as IGA’s New CHRO

İGA Istanbul Airport has entrusted its Human Resources to Selda Seçkinler. Seçkinler has been appointed as İGA’s new Deputy General Manager responsible for Human Resources and will officially assume her role as of tomorrow (April 7, 2025). She was previously serving as CHRO at Kale Group. Recently, she was also recognized as one of Turkey’s 50 most influential CHROs.

Previously, Seda Kaplan Erdoğan held this position at İGA, having been appointed in 2023 and serving until the end of 2024. As reported in another exclusive piece, Kaplan Erdoğan stepped down from the role at the beginning of the new year. The selection process for the new HR Deputy GM was managed with the support of a specialized consultancy firm.

Who is Selda Seçkinler?
Born in 1971, Seçkinler graduated from the Public Administration Department of Middle East Technical University in 1993. In 2012, she completed an Executive MBA program at Koç University. She began her career in human resources, working at various companies, and since 2016 had been serving as Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) at Kale Group.
