Iberia Aircraft Disabled on Runway at Split Airport

An Iberia Airbus A320-214 passenger aircraft was left disabled on the runway at Split Airport in Croatia after its nose landing gear became locked at a 90-degree angle following landing. Following the incident, the runway was temporarily closed, causing numerous arriving and departing flights at Split Airport to be delayed or cancelled for the remainder of the day.
