New Premium Terminal to Open at Changi Airport in 2027

As part of the project, the existing CIP (Commercially Important Persons) terminal area will be redeveloped into a new premium terminal concept tailored for high-end travelers. The new facility will be located south of Terminal 2 and will operate in integration with the Hub & Spoke area.
The terminal will feature private lounges, suites, restaurants, bar concepts, and dedicated event spaces. The aim is to provide passengers with a faster, more seamless, and highly personalized ground experience.
Ang Siew Min, Senior Vice President for Airport Operations Development and Services at Changi Airport Group, stated that modern travelers expect not only comfort but also personalized and exclusive experiences, and that the new terminal is designed to meet these expectations.
Mei Mei Song, Chief Transformation Officer at Plaza Premium Group, emphasized that the partnership aims to deliver an end-to-end, premium, and fully personalized travel experience.
