Former Sun Country CEO Jude Bricker Resigns from Allegiant Board

Jude Bricker, the former CEO of Sun Country Airlines, has resigned from his position on Allegiant’s board of directors following the agreement under which Allegiant is to acquire Sun Country.

Bricker’s resignation was reportedly due to the fact that he is the owner and chairman of a newly formed company, which has reached an agreement to acquire a U.S.-based charter airline.

The name of the new company and the identity of the charter airline it plans to acquire have not yet been disclosed.
