FAA Proposes $351,000 Fine Against Jett Aircraft for Unauthorized Operations

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed a $351,000 civil penalty against Arkansas-based Creamer Pilot Services, operating as Jett Aircraft, for allegedly conducting unauthorized passenger-carrying flights.

According to the FAA, the charter company operated 31 passenger flights between October 2021 and July 2022 using three aircraft that were not listed on its Operations Specifications.

The agency also reported that the company conducted six additional passenger flights between April 2022 and November 2022. While these flights utilized approved aircraft, they traveled outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states without the required authorization for those routes.

The FAA stated that all 37 alleged violations were conducted “knowingly, carelessly and recklessly.” Jett Aircraft, founded in 2011 and operating under a Part 135 air carrier certificate since 2018, is based in Northwest Arkansas.
