Embraer Forecasts Demand for 8,500 New Jets

Embraer expects global demand for 8,500 new commercial jets with up to 150 seats over the next 20 years, representing an estimated market value of USD 650 billion.

According to the company’s 2026 Market Outlook, global passenger traffic is forecast to grow by an average of 3.7% annually through 2045. China is expected to record the fastest growth at 5.2%, followed by the Middle East at 4.6% and Africa at 4.4%.

North America is projected to receive the largest number of aircraft, with 2,670 deliveries, followed by Europe and the CIS with 1,870 and China with 1,470.
