Change in Pegasus Airlines’ Board of Directors

David F. A. Vismans, who had served as an Independent Board Member at Pegasus Airlines since January 2022, stepped down from his position effective August 20, 2026. The company thanked Vismans for his contributions during his tenure.

Alejandro Cruz de Llano (Alex Cruz) has been appointed to fill the vacant Board seat for the remainder of the current term. The appointment will be submitted for shareholder approval at the first General Assembly meeting. Cruz’s appointment as an Independent Board Member will also be subject to the approval of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB).
