Boeing has reached a settlement with the families of two victims who died in the 2019 Ethiopian Airlines crash, avoiding a court trial.
Following the accident, which claimed 157 lives, the company accepted responsibility and has continued to resolve similar cases through confidential settlements.
Another lawsuit filed by other families is set to be heard in July. After the crash, all Boeing 737 MAX flights were grounded worldwide.
