IndiGo Launches 11-Hour Amsterdam Flights with Airbus A321XLR

Indian airline IndiGo began operating Airbus A321XLR aircraft on its Mumbai–Amsterdam route on October 26, replacing the Boeing 787-9 aircraft previously operated under a wet lease agreement with Norse Atlantic Airways.
According to the schedule, flight #6E21 from Mumbai to Amsterdam has a planned duration of 11 hours, while the return flight #6E22 is scheduled to take 9 hours and 40 minutes. This makes the Mumbai–Amsterdam route the world’s longest scheduled Airbus A321XLR flight in terms of flight duration.
During the winter schedule, IndiGo will operate three weekly flights instead of the initially planned daily service. The Airbus A321XLR aircraft feature 195 seats, offering passengers extra legroom and hot meals across all cabin classes.
