Lufthansa’s First Boeing 787-9 with Allegris Cabin Arrives in Frankfurt 💺

👉🏻Germany’s flag carrier Lufthansa has added its first Boeing 787-9 equipped with the new Allegris cabin to its fleet. The aircraft, registered D-ABPF, landed in Frankfurt on August 30, 2025, after a nine-and-a-half-hour flight from Paine Field in Everett.

👉🏻Starting in October, Toronto will be the first route served by the Allegris-equipped Dreamliner. With the new cabin concept, Lufthansa offers passengers private First Class suites and a variety of Business Class options tailored to different needs.

👉🏻In the coming years, the airline plans to equip at least 78 widebody aircraft with the Allegris cabin. As part of this program, the Boeing 747-8i fleet will also be refurbished with the modern premium product. Lufthansa expects to add nine more 787-9s to its fleet by the end of 2025.
