Transavia has taken delivery of its first Airbus A321neo aircraft featuring the airline’s updated corporate colors. The aircraft arrived at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and entered scheduled service shortly thereafter.
The new A321neo represents a significant step in the transition to replace the aging Boeing 737 fleet, with Airbus aircraft now outnumbering 737s in Transavia’s fleet. The refreshed design also includes the brand’s iconic “t” tail logo.
While the A321neo and A320neo stand out in the fleet for their fuel efficiency, the existing Boeing 737 aircraft will retain their current liveries until they are phased out of service.
