Singapore Airlines posted a net profit of 2.8 billion Singapore Dollars (approximately 2.14 billion USD) for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025. A significant contributor to this result was a one-time gain of 1.1 billion SGD from the merger of Vistara, in which Singapore Airlines holds a 49% stake, with Air India last year.
However, the airline’s operating profit fell from 2.73 billion SGD to 1.71 billion SGD, as increased competition put pressure on passenger revenues. The company declared a dividend of 30 cents per share, down from 38 cents the previous year.
