Riyadh Air to Launch Flights to London Heathrow on October 26

Saudi Arabia’s new airline, Riyadh Air, will begin scheduled flights to London Heathrow Airport starting October 26. The flights will operate daily with Boeing 787-9 aircraft as part of the Winter 2025 (W25) season.

Riyadh Air’s slots at Heathrow were secured from the pool of “remedy slots” made available after British Airways acquired British Midland International (BMI). These slots are provided to competing airlines in specific markets to ensure fair competition and enable access to key destinations like Riyadh.

With its next-generation fleet and premium service approach, Riyadh Air’s entry into the London route marks a significant step in expanding its international network.
