Pegasus Releases 2025 Sustainability Report

Pegasus Airlines has published its 2025 Sustainability Report, covering environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) initiatives. Prepared in line with the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards, the report highlights the airline’s operational growth, emission reduction efforts, employee experience, and innovation activities.

➡️ As of 2025, Pegasus operates 158 destinations with a fleet of 127 aircraft, with an average fleet age of 5.1 years, serving 43.3 million passengers annually.

➡️ Environmental performance indicators include an emission intensity of 56.9 gCO₂/RPK, with an average annual emission reduction of 4.3%. The airline’s long-term goal is achieving net-zero emissions by 2050.

➡️ The report also notes that 33.2% of Pegasus employees are women, the company scored 98.2% compliance in the BIST Corporate Governance Index, and through the Pegasus Innovation Lab, it engaged with over 620 startups and conducted 59 project initiatives.

➡️ Pegasus emphasized that its work on reducing environmental impacts, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening corporate governance will continue in the upcoming period.
