Pegasus A321neo Bird Strike After Takeoff, Returns to Istanbul

Pegasus flight #PC1133 from Istanbul to Paris, operated by an Airbus A321neo with registration TC-RFB, reportedly struck a bird shortly after takeoff. The cockpit crew decided to return.
Due to the possible bird strike, a FOD inspection was carried out on the runway, and aircraft planning to land at the time were put into holding patterns.
The TC-RFB registered aircraft safely landed back at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen.
Runway operations have since returned to normal.
