Israel-Iran Tensions Lead to Airspace Closures Across the Middle East

Following rising tensions between Israel and Iran, security concerns have led to the temporary closure of airspace over Iran, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, and Israel.

In response, several airlines operating flights to and from these countries have suspended their services. Carriers that typically use this region for overflight are now rerouting through alternative paths over Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Cyprus.
