The starting salary for captains is around $139,000 annually. Experienced long-haul captains, especially those flying the Boeing 777 and Airbus A350, can earn up to $300,000 per year.
In addition to salaries, pilots are provided with housing allowances, health insurance, education support for their children, travel privileges, and 42 days of annual leave.
