
Emirates has announced that it will reward its employees with a bonus equivalent to 22 weeks’ salary, following a record net profit of $5.2 billion in the 2023–2024 fiscal year. This marks the third consecutive year the airline has reported record-breaking earnings.
The Emirates Group achieved a historic pre-tax profit of AED 22.7 billion ($6.2 billion) in the 2024–2025 fiscal year — the highest in its history. With this achievement, the group became the most profitable aviation group in the world. Emirates Airline itself earned a net profit of AED 21.2 billion ($5.8 billion), securing the title of the world’s most profitable airline.
Over the course of the year, Emirates carried 53.7 million passengers, driven by strong operational performance and surging global travel demand.
