Emirates Deploys Its First A350-900ULR to Adelaide

Emirates has begun operating its first ultra-long-range Airbus A350-900ULR on the Adelaide route. The airline’s Divisional Vice President for Australasia, Barry Brown, noted that this is the first long-range A350 delivery capable of flying non-stop between Dubai and Adelaide.

ℹ️ Emirates took delivery of its first A350 in November 2024 and began operating it on the Dubai–Edinburgh route in early 2025. As of December 2025, the airline operates the A350-900 on 20 routes from Dubai. London Gatwick and Montreal will join the A350 network in February 2026.
