
A claim has emerged that U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker aerial refueling aircraft were targeted during Iran’s attack on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.
➡️ Shared satellite imagery and comparison frames appear to show damage marks around several aircraft on the apron, while Iranian media outlets have claimed that at least 3 KC-135s were hit in the attack.
➡️ According to reports in the American press, U.S. personnel were injured in the missile and drone attack on the base, and several U.S. tanker aircraft were also damaged. While some outlets reported that at least 10 service members were injured, The Washington Post stated that two U.S. Air Force tanker aircraft were damaged in the strike.
