An Ariana Afghan Airlines Boeing 737-400, registered YA-PIC and operating flight #FG252 from Herat to Kabul, veered off the runway after landing at Kabul Airport in Afghanistan, coming to a stop on unpaved ground.
The aircraft reportedly drifted to the right after touchdown and exited the runway before stopping on soil.
Passengers were evacuated using emergency slides deployed inside the cabin, and according to initial reports, no injuries were recorded. Visuals from the scene indicate damage, particularly to the aircraft’s left wing.
