Antalya Airport Terminal Distance Goes Viral Again

A social media user’s video has once again brought attention to the distance between terminals at Antalya Airport.
The absence of a free or regular shuttle service between the Domestic Terminal and International Terminal 2 is creating difficulties, especially for passengers making connecting flights.
Travelers arriving at Terminal 1 often find out that their next flight departs from Terminal 2, only to discover that their only options for getting there are either a public bus or a taxi. However, due to the limited frequency of public buses, many passengers resort to taking taxis—an issue that has reportedly led to some taxi drivers charging tourists excessively. Even flight crews have been seen using taxis to move between terminals, highlighting how persistent and unresolved the issue has become.
With the summer season approaching and traffic expected to increase at Antalya Airport, there is growing public pressure on authorities to implement a lasting and organized solution. In addition to stricter monitoring of taxi operations and enforcing fair pricing, introducing a free and frequent shuttle service between terminals would significantly improve the passenger experience.
