Airbus Accelerates to Meet Year-End Delivery Target: 10 A321neo Aircraft Delivered in One Day
Airbus stepped up its delivery pace in December in line with its 2025 year-end delivery target, delivering 10 A321neo aircraft to customers in a single day. As of the end of November, Airbus had delivered a total of 657 aircraft throughout the year.
The delivery target, initially announced as 820 aircraft, was revised down to 790, while only 30 aircraft were delivered in the first two weeks of December, making it more challenging to reach the goal. Deliveries were carried out from the Hamburg, Tianjin, and Toulouse facilities, with no deliveries taking place from the Mobile site.
Airlines receiving deliveries included Wizz Air, Air China, IndiGo, and Scoot. Air China took delivery of the 800th Airbus aircraft produced in Tianjin, while the other airlines strengthened their fleets with the A321neo.
