Air France-KLM Posts Record Profit

Air France-KLM announced the highest annual operating profit in its history for 2025, exceeding €2 billion in operating income.
The group carried more than 100 million passengers in 2025 and generated €33 billion in revenue. Net profit reached €1.76 billion, tripling compared to the previous year. Operating profit increased by €400 million year-on-year, while the operating margin stood at 6.1%. The company is targeting an operating margin above 8% by 2028.
The group’s Dutch subsidiary KLM recorded €13.2 billion in revenue in 2025, reflecting 3.9% growth. KLM ended the year with an operating profit of €416 million and reported €78 million in profit in the fourth quarter. Its annual profit margin reached 3.2%.
Air France-KLM also stated that, with incoming aircraft deliveries, it plans to increase capacity by 3% to 5% in 2026.
