Air Astana has launched scheduled services from Almaty to Guangzhou. The inaugural flight was operated with an Airbus A321LR, registered P4-KBH. The route will be served three times a week in both directions, aiming to strengthen air connectivity between Kazakhstan and China.
In a statement, the airline emphasized that the Airbus A321LR, with its long-range narrow-body capabilities, is an ideal choice for the Almaty–Guangzhou route. The new service is expected to enhance commercial, touristic, and cultural ties between the two countries.
