
Bullet impact marks have been identified on a American Airlines Boeing 737 MAX 8.
The damage was discovered during a routine post-flight inspection in Miami following a flight from Colombia. The aircraft, registered N342SX, reportedly showed puncture marks in the right wing aileron section after completing operations between Florida and Colombia.
As a precautionary measure, the aircraft has been withdrawn from service. A technical investigation into the incident is currently ongoing to determine the source and timing of the damage.
