Water dripping from the cabin ceiling was observed on an Air China COMAC C919 passenger aircraft.
The incident was reportedly caused by condensation forming within the air conditioning system as warm, humid air came into contact with colder surfaces inside the cabin. Similar occurrences can occasionally be seen on different aircraft types, particularly in hot and humid conditions.
The issue was not considered an indication of a structural problem or plumbing leak, but rather a passenger comfort-related occurrence.
