Southwest Aircraft’s Nose Landing Gear Tires Lose Pressure During Landing

A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737, registered N8653A and operating Flight #WN1243 from Fort Myers to Chicago, remained on the runway after its nose landing gear tires lost pressure during landing at Chicago Midway International Airport.

The airline stated that both nose landing gear tires lost air pressure during the landing.

Southwest Airlines said its maintenance team replaced the damaged tires before the aircraft was towed to its parking position.
