Trump to Depart Ankara This Evening
U.S. President Donald Trump is expected to depart Ankara for the White House this evening after concluding his engagements at the NATO Summit.
➡️ The Air Force One aircraft carrying Trump landed at Ankara Airport around midday yesterday. After arrival, the aircraft repositioned to Esenboğa Airport for parking and remains there.
➡️ Trump traveled to Türkiye aboard the VC-25B Bridge presidential aircraft, developed on the Boeing 747-8 platform. The aircraft, gifted to Trump by Qatar, completed its first international flight during this visit.
➡️ Part of the U.S. delegation arrived in Ankara aboard the VC-25A, the previous Air Force One aircraft that remains in operational service. This marked the first time the former and new Air Force One aircraft were present in Ankara at the same time.
Trump is expected to leave Ankara this evening after completing his NATO Summit program.
