American Airlines Jet Veers Off Pavement During Pushback

An American Airlines Boeing 737-800 went off the paved surface during pushback at Syracuse Hancock International Airport.

The aircraft, operating flight AA1235 to Charlotte Douglas International Airport, reportedly veered onto a grassy area while being repositioned by ground services.

All passengers were safely evacuated, and no injuries were reported following the incident.
