Pegasus Announces 2025 Financial Results – €301 Million Net Profit

Pegasus has announced its consolidated financial results for 2025. The company generated total revenue of €3.41 billion in 2025 and closed the year with a net profit of €301 million. During the same period, EBITDA reached €840 million, reflecting the airline’s operational growth in its financial performance.

Pegasus carried a total of 43.3 million passengers throughout 2025, marking a 15 percent year-on-year increase. The load factor stood at 87.7 percent for the year, while capacity growth continued to expand at a double-digit rate.

As of December 31, 2025, the company’s total assets reached €8.13 billion. Shareholders’ equity was recorded at €2.31 billion, while net debt stood at €2.94 billion. The company’s total cash and cash equivalents amounted to €1.56 billion.
