Turkish-Registered Aircraft Stuck in Tehran

Two Turkish-registered aircraft are currently grounded in Tehran following the closure of Iranian airspace.

The affected aircraft include a Pegasus Airlines Airbus A321neo (TC-RBR) operating flight #PC516 from Sabiha Gökçen International Airport to Tehran, and a Turkish Airlines Boeing 737-800 (TC-JZG) operating flight #TK878 from Istanbul to Tehran. Return flights for both aircraft have been canceled under the current conditions.

➡️ According to an operational update issued by Turkish Airlines amid rising regional tensions, flights to Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and Jordan have been suspended until March 2, 2026. Services to Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Oman were also canceled under the February 28, 2026 flight schedule.
