Turkish Airlines Decides to Sell Its Entire Stake in Air Albania

Turkish Airlines announced in a disclosure to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has decided to sell its entire shareholding in Air Albania SHPK, in which it currently owns a 49 percent stake.

The company stated that all significant developments related to the sale process will be shared with investors as the process progresses.

Air Albania, founded in 2018 with the strategic partnership of Turkish Airlines, operates as the flag carrier of Albania. The progress of the share transfer will be closely monitored.
