- Etihad Airways has unveiled plans to launch seven new international routes from Abu Dhabi. Most of these routes are currently operated by Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, which is set to cease operations by September 2025.

🇸🇦 Medina (Saudi Arabia) – 6 weekly flights starting 9 November 2025
🇦🇿 Baku (Azerbaijan) – 10 weekly flights starting 2 March 2026
🇦🇲 Yerevan (Armenia) – 10 weekly flights starting 9 March 2026
🇬🇪 Tbilisi (Georgia) – 8 weekly flights starting 13 March 2026
🇰🇿 Almaty (Kazakhstan) – 8 weekly flights starting 16 March 2026
🇷🇴 Bucharest (Romania) – 4 weekly flights starting 16 March 2026
🇺🇿 Tashkent (Uzbekistan) – 6 weekly flights starting 17 March 2026
