Istanbul-based cargo carrier MNG Airlines has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Airbus at the Paris Air Show for the purchase of two new-generation A350F freighter aircraft.
Murathan Doruk Günal, Chairman of MNG Airlines, stated:
“This agreement for two A350Fs deepens our partnership with Airbus across its full cargo portfolio. It strengthens our position on key trade lanes including Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America. It will support both our scheduled and charter operations, offering added flexibility to serve a wide range of cargo needs—from e-commerce to high-value and express logistics.”
The A350F offers a cargo capacity of 111 tons and a range of 8,700 km. MNG becomes the second Turkish airline after Turkish Airlines to order this model.
