Cathay Pacific has launched direct flights between Hong Kong and Rome. Operated by Airbus A350-900 aircraft, the service will run three times a week on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
➡️ Rome becomes the fourth new destination announced by Cathay Pacific in 2025, following the additions of Hyderabad, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Urumqi. It also marks the airline’s second destination in Italy, alongside its existing daily return flights to Milan.
Cathay Pacific’s Chief Customer and Commercial Officer, Lavinia Lau, stated: “In addition to Rome, we will also be launching flights to Munich and Brussels this summer. This will bring our total to nearly 100 return flights per week between Hong Kong and Europe, offering our customers even greater connectivity with this important region.”
