The Legend Returns: Airbus A380 MSN001 Takes to the Skies Again
After being grounded for three years, the Airbus A380-841, registered as F-WWOW with serial number MSN001, took off from Toulouse on March 14, 2025, for a test flight. The flight, operated under AIB590W, lasted 3 hours and 18 minutes.
This event has reignited discussions about reviving Airbus A380 production, with Emirates President Sir Tim Clark once again urging Airbus to restart manufacturing of the iconic Super Jumbo.
It is worth noting that the A380 MSN001 (F-WWOW) made its first-ever flight on April 27, 2005.
