BE AERO Expands Capacity and Operations with Its New Hangar

BE AERO, a key player in Turkey’s aviation sector offering MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) services, is constructing a new 10,000 m² hangar in compliance with the standards of DGCA, EASA, and FAA. The company aims to inaugurate the hangar by the end of the first quarter of 2025. Established with 100% Turkish capital, BE AERO operates under the umbrella of Nakkaş Holding, one of Turkey’s major corporations, and holds approvals from both the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Collaborating with numerous airlines in Europe and the Middle East, BE AERO provides maintenance solutions for Airbus and Boeing aircraft. Its services include aircraft painting, technical training programs, cabin refurbishment, and other maintenance solutions. With its current hangar located at Atatürk Airport, the company serves both commercial aircraft and private jets.

Upon completion of the new hangar, BE AERO plans to add approximately 100 new staff to its technical team, aiming to employ more than 350 DGCA, EASA, and FAA-certified technical personnel in total. In addition to its MRO services, the company also offers EASA- and FAA-approved technical training programs to various firms in the Middle East and provides aircraft management (AOC & CAMO) services. Currently, BE AERO manages the operational activities of seven aircraft.
